SNOW INFORMATION--Please read first before calling the main office (updated 12/22/09) :
Our office has been receiving calls concerning the main roads (McNair Farms Drive, Coppermine Road, Thomas Jefferson Drive, and Frying Pan Road). These roads are the responsibility of VDOT. If there is an unreasonable delay in plowing these roads, calls to the hotline by many people will help expedite snow equipment to your area: (703) 383-VDOT.
The McNair Farms Community Association takes care of the sidewalks and parking lot around the Community Center ONLY. No streets belong to MFCA.
Please be courteous on your own streets when snow, sleet and ice falls and covers the sidewalk to keep the area clear. As a reminder, your individual Landbay streets are private property, and your Landbay Board of Directors contracts with a snow plowing company to take care of them. Please contact your Landbay management company concerning your separate street. If you have a hard time figuring out which Landbay you reside in, please call our office at 703-713-6111.

2% Increase for 2010 Assessments:
The McNair Farms Master Association Board of Directors approved the 2010 budget at its November meeting. The 2010 semi-annual assessment reflects only a 2% increase, which is an increase cost of living. The Board was able to reduce landscape and pool management costs for the upcoming year.
The 2010 semi-annual assessment will be due January 1, 2010 and July 1, 2010. Your invoices were mailed out along with the December newsletter. If you haven’t received an invoice, please call the office immediately. If you are already signed up for Auto Debit, then your changes will be adjusted for January.
