McNair Farms is in western Fairfax County, Virginia, located directly to the south of the city of Herndon and of the Dulles Toll Road, to the east of Washington Dulles International Airport, and to the west of Reston. The property is comprised of 264 acres on what was once the McNair family dairy farm. Our planned community is comprised of townhouses, single-family homes, condominiums, and rental apartment complexes.

November Board of Directors Meeting 11/19/08:

The Master Board of Directors will meet November 11, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. for their regular meeting.  An Open Forum for homeowners will be held at the beginning of the meeting.  If you wish to raise a concern or issue prior to this meeting, please contact the Community Manager at 703-713-6111 or via email iketterman@capitolcorp.com. 

Clubhouse Rental fee increased--effective 9/30/2008:

The Board of Directors approved an increase to the rental fees at their September meeting along with establishing time blocks to avoid loud late night rentals that interfere with neighbors.  Please click here for the updated costs and time blocks.

UPDATED Board of Directors Meeting 9/23/08:

The Master Board of Directors have postponed their regular meeting to September 23rd at 7:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse.  An Open Forum for homeowners will take place at the beginning of the meeting.
