All residents in good standing of the McNair Farms Community Association, Inc. may rent the McNair Farms Community Center located at 2491 McNair Farms Drive, Herndon, VA 20171.

Security Deposit $300 (refundable)
Rental Fee: $300 (not refundable)
(Additional hours $100/per extra hour or $500 for 8 hour block)
Checks made payable to “MFCA”
Rental Blocks:
9:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m.
2:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m.
7:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
PARTIES CANNOT EXCEED THE CONTRACTED TIME.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL BE LOSS IN YOUR $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT!
The rental fee and Security Deposit is required to hold your rental date as well as a copy of your Driver’s License. Both checks and your Driver’s License should be submitted with your Rental Agreement. If not received, the Association will not be able to lock in your date. Checks should be made payable to McNair Farms Community Association.
